New patients will receive short intake form prior to appointment. Wear comfortable and loose clothing.
Parking
Free parking available at the back of the building, accessible from Woodward Drive.
Finding the Clinic
Enter the building through the rear parking entrance, take the stairs up to the 2nd floor, Unit 202.
Insurance & Direct Billing
Services provided by a Registered Acupuncturist are covered by many extended health plans. Please confirm your individual coverage with your insurance provider.
